WinRecs 2021.01.42 Update Release
The 2021.01.42 WinRecs update is now available for download. ftp://web.med2020.ca/WinRecs%203%20Update/2021.01.42/IMPORTANT NOTES:
-You must be on a minimum WinRecs database version of 2020.01 to apply version 2021.01.42The following issue is resolved in this update.
CJRR – Hip & Knee -Uncemented Codes are generating hard error to enter cement
Previously,when entering an uncemented code for either hip or knee, there was a hard error generatated for the CJRR form to enter the cement information which is not required.Recommended Database Update Process:
1.Turn off interfaces and have all users log out of the system
2. Run the database update exe where you will be prompted to select a server and database to update. ftp://web.med2020.ca/WinRecs%203%20Update/2021.01.42/Database%20Update/WinRecsUpdater2021_01_42.exe
***Run this process on a test database before updating the production database***3. After updating the database, the workstation will auto update upon first login. When the database update is complete you may login to the client to verify the update.
4. Turn on interfaces again and notify users that they can log in
5. Run HL7_transaction_by_transaction_log_date.rpt to verify that HL7 messages are processing again through the WinRecs report manager (If applicable)
